Overview
This course explores change management concepts, tools, and best practices. It is designed to develop participants’ competencies to lead and manage change. Participants will examine the change management process, approaches to implementing organisational change, and obstacles to change. Additionally, they will examine the various emotions associated with change and the strategies for managing them. There will be a focus on managing resistance to change and building commitment.
