Meet Our Managing Director
Tricia Dehaney
Tricia’s professional journey has been dedicated to advancing individuals’ growth and development, a passion she has pursued through diverse roles and responsibilities. She is an HR & OD Consultant, trainer, facilitator, adjunct lecturer, educator, event host and inspirational speaker with over two decades of combined experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of training and education products and the execution of human resource and organisational development interventions within the private and public sector.
Currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership at Delaware State University, Tricia holds an MSc. in Human Resource Development (with Distinction) from the University of West Indies, a B.A. in Guidance and Counselling (with Honors), and a Diploma in Teacher Education from Shortwood Teachers’ College. Additionally, she is certified as a Learning & Development Specialist, OD Practitioner, and People Analytics Specialist.

Abigail Ford is a dynamic HR professional known for her expertise in HR Compliance and her talent for cultivating employee growth. Her career, with 4 years under her belt as an astute Human Resource Professional, reflects her unwavering dedication, exceptional communication skills, and a sharp focus on data optimization. She holds an MSc. in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Communication from the University of the West Indies.
Kimean Yuan
Kimean Wray-Yuan is a trainer and educator passionate about finding solutions to various challenges and helping others grow and develop in all areas of their lives. With over 10 years of combined experience in administration, event planning, and training, she specializes in career development, analyzing training needs, and developing and delivering tailored programs, both online and in-person, to bridge performance gaps and enhance business outcomes.
